Black Tea

Organic Peach Apricot- A flowery Orange Pekoe from Dimbula, Sri Lanka blended with delicate apricot, sweet peach and calendula petals

Cream Of Earl Grey- A beautiful, full leaf Flowery Orange Pekoe from Dimbula, Sri Lanka blended with vanilla and oil of bergamot resulting in a beautifully balanced tea.

Organic Lavender Earl Grey- This black tea features a robust and malty Ceylon flowery Orange Pekoe, brisk and vibrant bergamot and fresh lavender. A perfectly calming afternoon tea that balances beautiful florals with bright citrus notes.

Green Tea

Organic Sencha Kyoto- Refreshing and grassy with a bright finish. Grown at 600m in the finest growing region of Kyoto, this tea is a summer harvest that will convert even the most seasoned Chinese green tea enthusiast.

Organic Sakura Rose- A beautiful blend of steamed Sencha, rose petals and jasmine infused with organic cherry and peach. The ingredients play very well together, making this tea a delight to drink in the afternoon to make over ice for those summer days up at the cottage.

Oolong Tea

Organic Roasted Iron Goddess-Originating in Anxi, Fujian Province, this Iron Goddess Oolong - aka Tie Guan Yin - has been deeply roasted creating a complex nutty profile that alludes to scotch and roasted chestnuts.

Milk Oolong- Milk Oolong comes from the Jin Xuan cultivar grown in Taiwan. It has a beautiful floral aroma with a smooth, milky taste.

White Tea

White Fairy- Grown in the mountains near Jin Jing, Hunan. This White Fairy tea is a spring harvest White Tea. The leaves are heavily oxidized for a white tea providing a more complex, coppery liquor with sweet notes of chamomile and peach. The name White Fairy comes from the distinct fuzzy, white buds that make up a large portion of this tea.

Silver Needle- Beautifully complex notes of chamomile and peach and can be re-steeped multiple times. Harvested in the spring in Yunan Province, this tea consists of beautiful buds covered in a silvery down. Also known as Bai Hao Yin Zhen, this is one of the most prized teas in the world.

Blueberry White Peony-Our Blueberry White Peony is made from the delicate and grassy Bai Mu Dan aka "white peony" from Fujian province. It by hand-blended in Toronto with blueberry, currants, elderberries and hibiscus to create a lightly sweet and refreshing flavour profile.

Herbal Tea

Warming Tulsi- Our Warming Tulsi herbal tea is a perfectly balanced blend of warming Ayurvedic spices, sweet cinnamon and a touch of citrus. With added ginger and tulsi, this blend is great for aiding digestion, reducing nausea and fighting cold and flu like symptoms.

Moringa Chocolate Mint- Delicate notes of Indian Cacao Beans and warming Cinnamon balanced with herbaceous moringa, peppermint and rooibos. The result is a complex, sweet and refreshing brew that seems to evolve from sip to sip.

Organic Maternity Tonic- Nettle is a nutritive tonic that strengthens the body, Raspberry Leaf is beneficial for the reproductive system and Chamomile aka 'The Mother of the Stomach' is said to be good for the nervous system. This powerhouse tea is packed full of antioxidants and nutrients. It is actually perfect for anyone looking to add a little more wellness to their daily routine.

Organic Moringa Mint- A blend of refreshing peppermint from the Pacific Northwest and moringa leaves from the mountainous region of Kerala, India.

Vanilla Almond Rooibos- Red rooibos from the Cederberg in South Africa has a beautiful natural woodiness that blends perfectly with Almond and Vanilla.

Organic Turmeric Ginger- A warming blend of Ayurvedic spices designed to calm, detoxify and aid in digestion. Turmeric is a well known anti-inflammatory and plays nicely in this blend by adding a warmth and depth of flavour.

Blue Delta- Refreshing and bursting with delicate notes of fruit - perfect for iced teas! A perfect blend of lemon verbena, bright lemongrass, and dried apple, lemon, and raspberry pieces. With the addition of butterfly pea flower, this tea turns bright turquoise when steeped and an almost neon purple with the addition of lemon juice.
